1 General Provisions

3 Account & Security

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. You are strongly advised not to share your password with anyone. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ba99e will take the necessary steps as quickly as possible. However, ba99e will not be liable for any loss caused by negligence.

3.3 Single Account Policy

If the same person operates multiple accounts (using the same name, address, device, or payment method), all associated accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba99e currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. We reserve the right to apply identity verification before processing a withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on ba99e are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ba99e offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus applies only once per account.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• ba99e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Each promotional offer may have its own specific conditions, which will be stated in the offer description.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in ba99e's three-tier VIP program:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit.

Players can gradually move up to higher tiers based on their activity and engagement on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Betting Restrictions

9 Limitation of Liability
